Shania Twain Pregnant
Twain and husband to have first child.
Shania Twain and her husband, producer Robert John "Mutt" Lange, are expecting their first
child. Though a rep for Twain confirmed the pregnancy, there were no further details available.
Twain and Lange have been in their adopted home of Switzerland, where they moved in early 1999, working on her fourth album,
the follow-up to her cross-over smash, Come On Over. The couple met shortly after Twain released her first, self-titled
album before collaborating on her sophomore release and marrying.
Lange, whose resume also includes production work with Def Leppard and AC/DC, produced both of Twain's diamond-certified
albums, The Woman in Me and Come On Over. The release date and title for Twain's next album -- and the baby
-- are to-be-determined.
